With many years experience of providing a wide range of professional services to the communities, Hong Fei (Henry) Lu Notary aims at client satisfaction in a punctual and reliable way. 

Henry obtained a BA degreee majored in English, and a MA of Applied Legal Studies from SFU. Before he was commissioned as a Notary Public, he worked in commercial and non-profit environments, which provided him profound insights and understanding of the need of people with diverse backgrounds and cultures. 

Henry is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese. 

The office is located in the central area of Fleetwood, Surrey. It provides a lot of free parking, and convenient access to public transit.

Office is open 9:00 – 5:00 weekdays, and by appointment on Saturdays.
